Motoring Law

Gatso Speed CameraThe latest Ministry of Justice figures show there to have been 1.9 million offences of speeding, 89% of which were detected by speed cameras. 1.7 million of these cases resulted in court action with a 71% conviction rate. 87000 offences of drink driving  were also detected and an increase in offences of driving without due care and attention of 24 %. In this tough economic climate the risk of you losing your driving licence has, it seems, never been greater.
