Formed in 2003 from the amalgamation of three successful criminal defence law practices, its partners and staff have proven experience in all aspects of the Criminal Law.  Our two partners, Stephen Smithson and Stephen Welford are both qualified Solicitor Advocates allowing them to conduct cases from the initial stages at the police station to presenting cases at the Crown Court ,offering an effective degree of continuity rarely available in other practices. Approved by the Legal Services Commission Smithson Hinds Morris are happy to advise those who qualify for legal aid and offer competitive fees to those who do not.
